thing #4

Commenting on a blog helps to make a community out of those involved. It can make close contacts out of people who never have met and never will. It can build a support team and break down barriers between people. Have that type of community to interact with can give new ideas and support t others in the group. I think that commenting makes the blog stronger. Otherwise it is one person sharing their thoughts with who even happens to stumble upon it. I thought it was important that one website said that responding to blogs was important or was proper blogging etiquette. As teachers not responding may make a student or parent feel unimportant. I also like how it said that if the responses are going to become to long that it may be necessary to start a new blog. If a parent is looking for an assignment and is having trouble finding the page number because there are a hundred post about problem number 2 then a new blog should be created.
I chose Five blogs to follow Laura Cooper because I wanted to get the view of someone on the fort Campbell campus, who likely has a different background and opinion on thing then I do. I chose three from my class Pamela Wood, Joya Threalkill and Ashley Irwin. I chose these three because we are in the same class going through the same experiences, in a way. My last one way Kayla McCarson I chose her because she is in the other class time and although it is the same class I wanted to see if her experiences related close to mine. I also found that on one particular post we had much in common.
I have not chosen my other to blogs to follow yet I will find them soon and update everyone as to what they are.
